Karui and Maraketh Timeless jewels will now add extra attributes to passives in radius.
Eternal Timeless jewels will now remove all normal passive modifiers in radius.
- Adds all this stuff to the export scripts so that this is all instantly done when the next patch hits
- Also removed the SkillTypes stuff from a couple of miscellaneous files and added the new flag to Artillery Ballista, which I forgot about in the last commit
- Reverted to simply checking that you're using a Bow or a Wand to apply all the mods, all with the same functionality as the SkillTypes
- Adds a second flag to check for skills like Rain of Arrows that don't get the DPS multiplier
- Made it so that Barrage Support and Fury Valve work correctly together
