Improve general breakdown.mod function and Duration Mod breakdown
...
- Changes the breakdown.mod function to require a specific modList as a parameter, and changes all uses of breakdown.mod to give the proper modList
- Adds cases for the Duration Mod breakdown that show secondary duration if applicable
- Duration Mod breakdown in CalcSections now includes PrimaryDuration and SecondaryDuration mods
